Today we were engaging with a patient focus group at the The Royal College of Surgeons of England together with Independent Cancer Patients' Voice (ICPV) and it was an invaluable experience! We had the opportunity to gather excellent insights on our digital consent product, Concentric Health . The feedback we received was incredibly detailed and enlightening, shedding light on the real needs and preferences of patients. It's crucial to ensure that we're building a product that truly meets patients' needs and enhances their experience. The discussions underscored the importance of making the consent process clear, accessible, and user-friendly. Thank you to all who participated for your honest feedback and thoughtful contributions. Your input helps us to shape Concentric into a tool that not only meets clinical requirements but also empowers patients. Together, we are making strides toward better, more patient-centric informed consent. A big thanks to our patient panel, the ICPV team, The Royal College of Surgeons of England, Patrick Hart for excellent organisation & Chloé Fox for perfect note taking, Dafydd Loughran Martyn Loughran Concentric Health #PatientFirst #DigitalHealth #ConcentricConsent #PatientEngagement #HealthcareInnovation
