In a world of hyperscale and hyperfail, in a world of ludicrous investments, valuations and tech winters, for 5 years, Bhumi Varta Technology has remained consistent. And guess what? Amazingly starting a real business with real R&D and real innovation and IP takes time and huge commitment.... I certainly don't have the excess money, time or Instagram account for showing how successful a Founder I am.... Exits has never been my priority or a major discussion with my partners, but we still grow fast and get real paying clients and still hiring...... Maybe there is something to this? How many other real tech companies could there have been if the Founders had their own money like us....I think a small scale deep tech VC here would do great and something I am considering with partners. Anyway we are still hiring for many positions, we have a real product (which shocked a guy I talked to yesterday working for a so called soonicorn that doesn't), big clients pay for it also.....amazing right.... Contact recruitment@bvarta.com today for below positions. or sales@bvarta.com for business enquiries.

💥 LI Take-Over Pt 2💥 If you missed Pt 1 - link in comments Sharing 3 different stories that give the WHY behind Growth at Aptivio 1. Understanding "Why Aptivio" is critical. My internal why is my wife and son 🔥. But my professional why is because teams need tools they can trust to deliver on the ROI promised during the evaluation process. Intent data drives a TON of SKEPTICS (yeah, including you who's reading this). And rightfully so. As a sales leader, I had used all the options and NEVER found intent actionable for my reps. But when I saw how Aptivio was fundamentally different in how they get their data, how they customize their data, how they identify the individuals doing the research, and how they're taking action on the data, it piqued my interest. And it didn't take long to see the value and ROI that comes from actionable signals compared to my previous experiences. But this space is changing. Intent is a commodity. And what Aptivio is doing that caught my attention was far more than creating another intent tool. They created an entire new category of tech catered to how teams successfully Go-To-Market. That's a huge deal and something I wanted to be a part of growing! 2. The last 9 years have been spent in startups. Seed to Series C. Some were unicorns and others....well...to put it nicely, weren't. 😂 And that's okay - so much learning's taken place. But the one truth about startups no matter their stage of growth is, they're difficult. Team dynamics change. Relationships change. Processes change. Tech stacks change. Job roles change. It's truly a rollercoaster, filled with ups and downs. And if you're committed to the journey, buckle up! What's that mean for Aptivio? We're currently in that Seed to Series A stage. Hyper growth. Proving an ever moving target of PMF. And everyone's contributing to company goals beyond their job description. But we're also a closely knit group of people shaking up the future of tech for GTM teams. So...yes, it's really freaking hard at times; but that's what makes it rewarding. 3. A day in the life of a growth leader looks vastly different for every company. For me - it's this beautiful blend of strategy and execution across sales, marketing, and product. No day is the same. And if you know me - you KNOW I'm a creative and need flexible change in order to be successful. Some days are filled with deep work. Others are back-to-back calls from 8-4 with sales, customers, prospects, partners, agencies, and advisors. This change could drive some people crazy - but for me, it allows me to be strategically creative in areas of the business that move us forward the fastest. Which in the end, benefits our customers....and it's all about our customers. ❤️ Thanks for tuning into today's take over! Drop a comment if you learned something new about me or Aptivio today.

Ever felt like you're racing 🏁 on two different tracks at once? You're not alone. Scaling companies, welcome to the double-edged sword ⚔️ we call 'Growth.' 📈 You're racing towards improving your product on one track. Collecting user feedback, analyzing data, making iterations, it's all part of the game 🎮. But wait, there's another track - Sales. Seeking new clients, closing deals, and expanding into new markets. That's another race entirely. It's enough to make you break into a cold sweat, right? But here's the deal. Sales and product aren't two separate races. They're two wheels of the same bike 🚲. You can't reach your destination without both wheels spinning together. The secret? Agile teams that blend product development and sales strategy. It's like a well-oiled machine ⚙️. Each part supports and boosts the other. And the result? Consistent growth, a better product, and a stronger bottom line 💰. So, scaling companies, take note 📝. It's time to sync your wheels. Ready to ride 🚀?

🧬 Multi-Omics + Bioinformatics, Data & Computational Recruitment | 👩🔬 Founder @ Moxee | 🦋 T1 Diabetic |
Many biotech founders regret rapidly expanding their commercial teams. But, the pressure is ON by investors to establish market presence and start generating revenue. 😲 The regret typically stems from: 1) Delayed Launches: Tech glitches, FDA hurdles, and other regulatory delays play the role of unexpected mutations. Early investment in sales and marketing teams raises expenses prematurely, leaving existing teams frustrated. 2) Evolution of Strategy: commercial strategies need adjustments based on early market experiences. Redirecting a heavily invested commercial team is costly... and annoying. Startups mustn't overlook commercial strategy's impact on design, clinical, or regulatory plans. Newsflash: you can't escape being the salesperson for your startup at early stage... Investors and customers need to connect with your startup story before gaining interest in your product. But hiring a BD lead too soon could result in angry twiddling thumbs, or a mismatch with your future requirements (especially for a developing platform that's undergoing significant changes) You could explore partnerships, collaborations, or consultancy arrangements specialising in market strategy in the meantime. Once... and only once the commercial mission and outcomes are clear, investment in commercial teams should follow. -------------------------------------- 👋 Hey, I'm Amber - Director @ Moxee We hire the brains behind your scientific innovations Follow us on Linkedin! ---> 🛎

Challenges Hiring Sales Talent for Climate Tech Startups! 🚀 ClimateTech founders are blazing trails for a greener future, but hiring sales talent brings unique challenges. ♦ Complex Value: Conveying intricate solutions understandably is a hurdle. ♦ Educational Selling: Innovative climate products often need prospect education. Sales teams must be compelling educators. ♦ Longer Sales Cycles: Climate solutions mean bigger decisions and longer sales cycles. Patience and relationship-building are key. ♦ Passion: Climate tech is a mission. Sales must authentically mirror that passion for meaningful client connections. If you're a growth-stage startup with an engineering team that's ready to scale from 15 to 40 members, and you are looking to add an experienced engineering leader to your team, you’re in the right place. Who You Are: A growth-stage startup that is facing the many challenges of scaling. You've got a solid product and a talented team. You are past the early stages and are now facing the “good problems” of growth. But let’s be real–scaling isn’t easy. Adding new features and products is getting slower and slower because the engineering team is in fire fighting mode. They are struggling with tech debt, competing priorities and hitting a breaking point where they can’t make traction on the roadmap. This happens to every team. As you grow through success, the process becomes more and more critical to the success of the company. What You Need: Someone who can be a force-multiplier for your CTO by rolling up their sleeves to get things done. Someone who can unstick your engineering team, put processes in place, and transition you from a deal-to-deal survival mode to a sustainable growth model. Who I Am: I’m an experienced engineering leader who is passionate about growing engineering organizations by hiring the right people and keeping them motivated, scaling infrastructure to prevent the fire-fighting of the future, and delivering high-quality products to customers. I believe in solving problems as a team and communicating in a clear, direct way. What I Bring to the Table: Problem-Solving: I tackle the challenges you know about and uncover the ones you don't. Planning and Execution: I don't just come up with plans; I put them into action. Technical Leadership: I've got the skills and experience to guide your engineering team through the scaling process. People Leadership: I will hire the right people to join the team and make sure they are engaged, motivated and high-performing. Let's Talk: If this resonates with you, let's connect. I'm always open to discussing how I can add value to teams that are ready to take the next big step.
