6.30am weights session, coupe of laps of the park at lunchtime and now and evening walk have all helped me disconnect and deal with screen fatigue. Went past my woodpecker friends. I caught a glimpse tonight of Mum going back into the nest but no sign of the babies yet. You can certainly hear them though!! #MHAW #uniquelyexperian

This is not a traditional seated row due to the high attachment but it feels really good on the lats 🤩 Could also be called “High Pulley”. ❌ trying to move too much weight, results in swinging the whole body ❌ trying to move too much weight, results in shrugging ❌ partial range of motion ❌ zero control and poor contraction ✅ Body stationary, slight lean backwards ✅ Chest out, shoulders back and down ✅ Driving the elbows back, close to the body ✅ Full ROM, max contraction of the lats 📌 I believe it’s more important to focus on proper form and execution of the movement as opposed to moving tons of weights somehow and risking getting injured 🥲 If you found this helpful, feel free to like, share and follow for more tips 📲👍🏻

On This International Wheelchair Day, I wish to remind us a few Wheelchair Etiquettes ; 1:Do not touch, lean on, push, or handle a wheelchair without the specific direction of the wheelchair user. 2: People who use Wheelchair are not bound or confined to wheelchair but are wheelchair users. 3; When taking pictures with wheelchair users don't lean on the wheelchair stand next to the person. 4: Wheelchair users are human and can take instructions talk with them and not through their guides. 5:When they attend Church - They are not coming for prayers so as to walk again, don't push them towards the Pastor during the alter call for healing. 6: Some wheelchair users view a wheelchair as not only a tool but an extension of their own body. Therefore, keep your hands to yourself. If you see a reason to touch the wheelchair, ask first. Last year when my "normal Leg" got some sort of Impairment too one Lucy Mwai emphasized i had to take medication faithfully and visit a few prophets for miracles since there is no wheelchair that is well customized for someone with a fused straight knee unless i move around with recliner seat. 😃 #Inclsusion for all matters. #Barrier Free Environments #Disability friendly environments is all they need.
