We had such a good day yesterday. Our podcast The Cost of Loving hosted by Anna Williamson (yes she of Celebs Go Dating fame) is well worth a listen. All things money and relationships. She visited us yesterday to continue the conversation and she was hilarious as well as insightful. As Liv Harker Assoc CIPD says since hybrid working we spend so much time apart it’s so great when we all come together. I’ve been at Experian for 7 months now and yesterday I felt like part of the furniture!

After 6 months of planning sessions and content creation, yesterday was Experian Consumer Services annual get together, ECS Connect LIVE. We talked all things customer (obviously), the future of our products and technology, GenAI with Kojo, how we’re working with our lenders, welcomed Anna Williamson to the stage chatting about our Cost of Loving podcast and why talking about money matters. It was all sooooo good. I might be biased but I think I had the best job, I had the privilege of hosting our first ever Time to be Proud award ceremony where we presented 13 awards to winners nominated by colleagues across ECS. I’m not sure shedding a few happy tears is the usual for awards hosts - but I did it anyway. In a hybrid world, we spend time all together less and less so it was truly amazing to see everyone all in one place and celebrating each others success. These days don’t happen by themselves so shoutout to the rest of the team Jenna Slatter, Claire Eustace and Philip Balbirnie for working so hard to make this happen for another year.
