Well begun is half done We experience this in many aspects of life. Starting always takes much energy as it has to get over the initial inertia. Once that’s overcome, then going forward becomes smoother and easier. I see this applicable to our start of each day as well. Most of us just start the day in a rush or a haphazard manner and that sets the tone for the whole day. Instead, taking a well thought out, premeditated start can give so many advantages for the whole day. That’s why in my opinion, a well thought and rehearsed morning routine or the morning rituals can make a great impact on the day and effectively on the life. You are never stuck unless you stop... When traveling, layovers are never fun. You are far from your origin, and also far from your destination. You are basically in the middle. Middle is never fun. However, fussing about how you don't like a layover won't help either. While in transit, I have learned to utilize layovers... From reading a book to scheduling a good conversation or even going window-shopping. A layover counts if well utilized. Life is a journey, filled with so many layovers. At that point when you are far from where you started. But, still far from where you need to be. It can give you mixed feelings. Here are two ways to go through your life's layovers with your head high... 1️⃣ Be grateful. The truth is, if you hadn't moved, you wouldn't be at this point. Yes, you are not where you want to be but you are far from where you started. 2️⃣ Count your blessings. Maximize the season. The tough season is only momentary, however, what you do in the tough season will last forever. Resolve to use your tough seasons to create an impact in the future. Refusing to stop is the best way to evade being stuck.

Thank the good lord it’s Friday! Life is full of surprises, isn't it? Life throws jabs, infact it throws curve balls. I’m not a life caoch but let me ask, How do you tackle them head-on? Picture this, Imagine you're running late for an important meeting, And your car breaks down. Instead of freaking out, you take a deep breath, You then call for help, all to figure out a solution, Like hopping on public transport or calling a colleague for a lift. Staying calm under pressure is key in everyday situations. Whether it's a flat tire or a last-minute deadline, How you react makes all the difference. Remember it’not the problem, Do not emphasize on that. But how you handle them that counts. Most times I reminisce on some life situations I had encountered, And how much or less I handled them. My reminiscence is not to break my self, But on how I can be better. Always stay cool, Think on our feet, And keep moving forward. Happy Friday and happy new month.
