We have said it before and we will definitely say it again... A deal without a Champion won't close. So, how do you identify a Champion? Luckily they all share these 4 traits: 1. They have power and influence 2. They have a track record for change 3. They have something to gain from the deal 4. They have access to the Economic Buyer.
