We will investigate how electric motors can be utilized in best possible way in terms of efficiency, materials usage, and up-time. We are looking for two PhD-students! UniSieve AG is blowing the winds of change into the heavy industry sector with its environmentally-friendly molecular separation technology. 🏭 🌿Faced with the urgent need to decarbonise, the industry struggles to reduce energy consumption. Using sieving membranes, the clean-tech company separates different molecules by filtering them instead of using thermal approaches. This process reduces energy consumption by up to 90%. 💡Supported by Innosuisse, UniSieve has refined its strategy through coaching and various support tools. 💡If your mining site doesn’t have use for this old e-motor from the 80’s, it might work great at the paper mill up the coast. Today, there’s no way of knowing => equipment is scrapped and fragged even though it has useful life left, but somewhere less demanding. 🔜 We will be developing a virtual mvp ‘warehouse’ so industrial e-motors, in full or in parts, (and maybe other equipment) can be shared between different companies. Digitalization, AI and industrial circularity FTW!
