To elevate the 🌟Bravia brand above the rest. In other words, make Bravia 🌍 famous and establish it as the leading 📺 TV brand.
✅ SOLUTION:
Own the high ground, embrace simplicity, avoid jargon, position Bravia as the ultimate consumer LCD TV, and provide a clear, distinct advantage over competitors. 💪
🚀 RESULT:
The "Balls" 🎾 ad alone has garnered over 4 million views 👀 on YouTube, and the total online views exceeded 7 million. Its successor, "Paint," 🎨 has also demonstrated similar success.
The strategy followed a tri-phase rollout: build #hype 🚀, launch, and then showcase. And the response? Absolutely phenomenal. 🎉 Just six weeks post-launch, Sony's share in the LCD TV market was the highest it had been in two years, and by April, Sony Electronics was reported to be in a turnaround phase, largely credited to the Bravia campaign. 📈
