Are digital wallets the new checking account? 🤔 A recent poll found that nearly half of U.S. consumers (48%) have used digital wallets in the past 90 days, which is a 12% increase from 2023. The same poll also showed that consumer satisfaction with digital wallets has increased by four points to 664 on a 1,000-point scale. It's interesting to compare the growth and satisfaction of digital wallets with community banking. Can we, as bankers, say the same thing about our accounts and service? I hope so!
