Mirror, mirror on the wall, who owns the trademark for “The Fairest One of All”? 🍎 Fenwick’s San Francisco office joined nonprofit Friends of the Children-SF Bay Area to host a trademark mock trial where 26 student jurors decided if Snow White stole the iconic mark from the Evil Queen. For the past three years—from New York to Seattle—we’ve celebrated national Law Day by partnering with different chapters of Friends of the Children to sharpen students’ critical thinking and civil discourse skills by getting them engaged with the U.S. judicial system.
