In the Philippines, about 60 Firstsourcers proudly joined the Pride Parade, serving as a powerful reminder that everyone deserves to be loved, respected, and accepted for who they are. In our offices across locations, colleagues engaged in various events focused on art, photography, discussion forums and sensitization sessions, embracing our culture that values everyone's unique talents beyond the limitations of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. We are proud of our employees for reinforcing our commitment to an inclusive environment where everyone can be their authentic selves.
