hey Fitbit (now part of Google) maybe I will reach you here and other social media because your support is, to say the least, unhelpful. The last firmware update bricked my Sense watch a nd the touchscreen does not respond to touch (isn't it ironic, don't you think?) and therefore cannot be reset to factory settings (again, isn't it ironic?). To sum up my $300 watch got an update I didn't ask for, needed or wanted that made the watch useless and blocked from any changes, your support send the ticket to "guarantee department" which after 1 min (there wasn't any "guarantee department", was there? blik if I'm right) sends me "screw you" email with a discount I could use to buy a new one. are you insane?

Fitbit (now part of Google) I’m so frustrated. 😖 The new reporting displays on the phone are awful. I’ve loved the simplicity of having a watch that captured enough of my activity and sleep to give me trends. Bonus is txt messages and timers. The new UI is so readable that it’s useless.(old on left/ new on right. It’s a mash-up of what I’ve taken screenshots of in the past). No longer can I scroll/scan to see my overall exercise. Try to compare run times and distances? I can hardly find them, let alone at a glance. And easily looking at mile times?? I have to get reading glasses out. Not helpful. You FINALLY put a battery charge indicator back into the phone display. Thank you. (After a few missed recordings due to low battery.) You took away all the info at a glance for the sake of more info!!! I never wanted to be Apple Watch level connected, but the latest changes have put me in the market. #activitytracking #uiuxdesign
