It is the worse redesign ever in the history of an app. Fitbit cistomer service is overwelmed with complaints, fitbit communitiy has many many threads where 100% of people are complaining about this downgrade . Who in hell authorized that a Ui would require to scroll through too many lost emplty real estate space with less information then before ! . Removing the battery from front page : would you like your car company not to show gas level on the car dashboard ? Lets talk colors or absence of it ..it is so boring. Your graphics are showing data we dont want in the look of a graphic in a scientific report (boring and very difficult to read) why did your create all those average when before we had totals and we were pleased with it ? I forgot : you also want my location 24/7 & access to about everything in my phone which wasnt the case before. Will google sale that info ? This app is also dangerous for personal data that clearly you didnt need The only way to stop this is for fitbit to do a rollback to version 3.xx and apologize to its customer base I have also cancel my premium subscirption

I cancelled my subscription. Fitbit has been going downhill and Google just popped a few nails in that casket lid.
The latest version of the app on the iPhone is a HUGE disappointment and has removed many features that your users want. Please give everyone the option to go back to the previous version. There are thousands of comments in the Fitbit community webpage that details all of the shortcomings of the ��new and improved “ app. We want the old one back!!!

We wait YEARS for ANY sort of improvements to the Fitbit app and all you can do is explode the Font size and remove the Colour from the screen? I quit Fitbit Premium, this is a collosal disappointment.

The NEW app is obviously screwing up many functions on many different models - just look at all the posts here on the Forums and around the internet. Nothing Customer Support had me try worked and nothing here on the Forums has fixed anything either; most importantly to many is nearly ALL models... NOT Tracking Sleep at ALL. Stop responding to our requests for help with the scripted responses like is it too loose on your wrist, did you sleep in a different position or be sure to check your battery...! Thousands of people are NOT at fault for all these different Fitbit models NOT working - right after a software and App change. Connect the dots and talk to your programmers. I've been waiting for a valid answer to fix the issues and I think it's about time to shop other brands at this point.
What can I say. The new FitBit app has been the biggest disappointment - updates that stop you from editing activities, remove the battery level that was displayed on the app and then replaced, mostly change for change sake. Not sending the users an email to let them know they are making changes like removing the Web Dashboard, in early July 2024, so you will only have access to your data through an app. Changing the data export options so that it summarises daily activity data in the export instead of showing activities separately. Google may be data experts but appear to know little or nothing about their users.

The new dashboard for sleep that just came out is useless, why mess with success, It appears some engineer made changes as job justification. Fitbit/Google please put it back there arfe other important things that need fixing, like stability, syncing to a pixel 6 pro is unstable the phone needs to be restated at least once a week before it will sync, on other days it is done when the phone opens, sleep tracking is sketchy some days. You have the base OK having tried Samsung, garmin etc but there is a lot of functional fine tuning that needs doing.

9moThe update of the #FitBit app to 4.0 is a big disappointment. It is not ok that Fitbit (now part of Google) and Google has released this major update apparently not properly tested. Just like the FirmWare update of the Sence2, this is still not okay. Many FitBit users share experiences about the many errors in the Firmware and the disappointment about the FitBit app on the FitBit community, but no one from FitBit/Google responds and does not solve it.
