Today, Monique Danielou and Xue YANG share their experience as female leaders in engineering at FORVIA in a talk session hosted by Joy FANG! Monique started her career at FORVIA 30 years ago as a Development Engineer in France, and has since then held various positions, in France, India, the US, and China. Today, she’s the Group R&D Transformation Vice President. As for Xue, she joined FORVIA in 2020 after a 6-month internship and now works in one of our plants in France as Innovation Project Leader.
