Here’s why we're sticking to a hybrid approach where we can... ⭐️One size doesn’t fit all and we recognise that everyone works differently. ⭐️It's the best of both worlds - we get to socialise with colleagues face-to-face and get to be closer to family. ⭐️We trust our #remarkablepeople to make the decisions right for them - they choose if and when they work from our Buzz Hub. ⭐️Nothing beats not having a commute every day! ⭐️It’s what most of our Colleagues want, we listen and make it count.

In 2019, our rapidly growing team moved into a spacious office. It's been the backdrop for incredible growth, innovation, and teamwork. But as our work model evolves, so must our space. Why the move, you ask? Well, we've embraced the hybrid work life (because who doesn't love a good video call in pajama pants?), and we're serious about doing our part for the planet. Our new office is all about: - Fresh environment for creativity and collaboration  - Eco-friendly features that would make Captain Planet proud - A space that adapts to how we work now, not how we worked in 2019 Can't wait to invite you all over for a cup of coffee (or a virtual tour) once we're settled in September. New York and San Francisco stand out in our latest Office Index—here's why: 📈 NY leads in business hubs, embracing a solidified hybrid workweek with a preference for mid-week office visits. 📉 October 2023 indicates a plateau in the return to office, with visits down by 40.3% compared to 2019. 📊 The "TGIF Workweek" trend persists nationwide, with Wednesday drawing the highest share of visits. 🌉 The hybrid pattern was most pronounced in the Golden Gate City, which saw the biggest weekday office visit dip on Fridays, as well as a significant dip on Mondays. Shaking things up a bit with a change of workspace today – traded the home office for the cozy ambiance of a café. Because let's face it, a break from the usual is a sanity saver! 😅☕️ Currently orchestrating my 2024 game plan surrounded by good coffee and a dash of lunch. The beauty of it all? Although I haven't travelled far today, my colleagues and I are able to make the most out of Preacta's stellar "work from anywhere" policy 🌍. We are able to seamlessly switch our sceneries (albeit today is just a room change for me! 😆) This game-changing policy, just 6 months young, has some of our colleagues already turning it into a reality – from working back home to embracing dream destinations. If "return to office" is about culture, then make it about culture. Forcing people into an office isn't about culture, and it certainly isn't about productivity. We have the numbers to prove it folks. Here's a wacky idea: What if an office day happened every two months and meant no computers. Intentional facetime time with your team to hash out ideas, bond over common challenges, and know each other on a deeper level. Save the productivity for home, where we know people get more done.
