🌍 Seville will host the sixth edition of the European Hydrogen Congress in 2026. #Sevilla #Hydrogen #Congress 📅 Seville will be the city that will host the next edition of the European Hydrogen Congress (EHEC), to be held in 2026, as announced by the president of the Spanish Hydrogen Association (AeH2), Javier Brey, organising entity of the same, together with the Andalusian Minister of Industry, Energy and Mines, Jorge Paradela, in the course of the current edition that takes place until this Friday in Bilbao. Paradela has valued the decision of the Spanish Hydrogen Association to organise this biennial event in the capital of Seville, and that undoubtedly "will allow Andalusia to show the work that we have been doing from the Regional Government in close collaboration with the private sector in order to promote the development of this energy vector, essential for both industry and land, sea and air transport to face its decarbonisation process". 🔗 Source: https://bit.ly/43djFlk .

Last week, the Clean Hydrogen Partnership published the conclusions of the hydrogen mobility Europe (H2ME) program. The first large scale european hydrogen mobility initiative spanning over the past 10 years. (2014-2024). Contributing directly to the deployment of : ⛽💧 244 hydrogen refueling stations across 11 european member states, 🚚🚗5500+ fuelcell electric vehicles #FCEV across Europe. It may not sound like much, but a lot of work has been done and solid foundations have been laid down for what will become the alternative fuelling intrastructure #AFIR network by 2030. The #H2ME program was my entry point into hydrogen mobility when i started digging into the geopolitical implications of hydrogen for the energy transition of Europe back in 2019. I'm delighted to see how far hydrogen mobility has come since. The first day of the Cluster of Hydrogen Technologies conference is over and we couldn't miss it! Michał Rogowski, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Electrum Concreo took part in the panel discussion "Hydrogen revolution in the Baltic Sea, infrastructure as a key element of the energy transition". 🌊💡 It was an extremely fruitful debate, during which each of the experts had the opportunity to present their ideas and share interesting insights. Here are some conclusions: ➡️ Green hydrogen represents the future of many energy-intensive industries. In order to enable its widespread use, further development of # RES is needed to enable emission-free production of this fuel. ➡️ The rapid development of power-to-X projects, offshore wind farms, and offshore hydrogen production leaves no doubt that a hydrogen Baltic is becoming a reality, not just a dream. ➡️ An important aspect of this revolution is the hydrogen infrastructure, which plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production, distribution, and use of hydrogen as a clean energy source.  ➡️ With investments in infrastructure development, we have the opportunity to make the Baltic a clean energy source while accelerating decarbonization goals.
