Facilitates sessions within the Identity and Access Management domain with SaaS vendors and technology teams to evaluate the feasibility of leveraging and customizing SaaS features to meet specific business requirements. Documents business requirements in a manner that enables I&IT solutions to be determined and implemented by SaaS vendors. Supports the adoption of Public Secure and the onboarding of Program Areas. Develops comprehensive documentation and support materials for Program Areas to integrate with identity providers like Okta. This documentation includes user flow guides, How-To-Videos, and integration best practices aimed at streamlining the onboarding process for Program Areas to Public Secure. Applies re-engineering concepts to drive business improvements and SaaS customizations through innovative and cost-effective service delivery approaches. Collaborates with technology teams to develop usability forecast models by analyzing historical usage trends against various identity and access management use cases. Leads and conducts business analysis activities at various levels of detail with technology, cybersecurity, and privacy teams as required, based on the nature of the identity and access management deliverable.
