Don't go chasing waterfalls…unless you're chasing ARR and MRR waterfalls 😉 Earlier in February we chatted with Ben Murray, the SaaS CFO, about the right inputs to use when doing Revenue forecasts. There's no such thing as a silver bullet when it comes to forecasting, but it turns out forecasting is more accurate when you use a FinOps tool like Maxio to plug in investor-grade ARR or MRR inputs. Pricing is one thing that could make or break a good product and could cost an organization a lot of money if not done appropriately. John Kotowski and Scott Miller shared so many gems at the product pricing and session yesterday. It was so good that I wished I could have put down every word 🙌🏾, anyway I took a lot of notes which will definitely come in handy. Both speakers covered very important aspects of product pricing strategies to be considered by product managers. My key takeaway was to always consider different approaches to pricing packaging while building a product and not just as an after thought. Really glad I was able to join this session virtually.
