Because TBH this space is wild. There's no shortage of tools out there for sales and marketing teams to use to win more business. Here's the criteria I use to determine if I want to work for a company (feel free to steal it!): ✅ The product is easy and FUN to use ✅ The company is customer-centric ✅ The team inspires me to bring my A-game every day Apollo checks all of these boxes for me. 🚨 Open Letter to Apollo.io 🚨 I'm beyond frustrated with the current state of sales tech - and Apollo.io, you're a major part of the problem. As one of the largest players in the game, your customer experience should be top-notch. Instead, it's going downhill fast. The fact that users can only select 100 data sets at a time with the Professional Plan is ridiculous. They must shell out for a FOUR times more expensive package if they want more. This is unacceptable. New users don't need 1,000 feature regulations or endless paid checkout pages. They need straightforward, accessible tools without the constant upsell pressure. It’s time to listen to your customers and make meaningful changes.
