🌍🎗️ Today, on World AIDS Day, we stand in solidarity with individuals and communities affected by HIV/AIDS, and we renew our commitment to raising awareness, fighting stigma, and supporting those living with the virus.
On this important day, let's come together to make a difference. Here are some ways you can show your support:
1️⃣ Educate yourself and others about HIV/AIDS prevention, transmission, and treatment options.
2️⃣ Get tested for HIV and encourage others to do the same, promoting early detection and access to care.
3️⃣ Support organizations that provide vital services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, such as healthcare, counseling, and advocacy.
4️⃣ Engage in fundraising efforts to support research, treatment, and prevention programs.
5️⃣ Spread awareness about HIV/AIDS by sharing accurate information, debunking myths, and challenging stigma.
6️⃣ Volunteer your time at local HIV/AIDS organizations, offering support and companionship to those in need.
7️⃣ Advocate for policies that promote equal access to healthcare, prevention programs, and support services for all.

4wDefinitely an accomplishment and a lot of fun (if you enjoy riding a bike 7 days straight!). AIDS/LifeCycle rides from SF to LA each year, 545 miles in 7 days, starting the first Sunday after Memorial Day. If interested in taking on this challenge, consider registering with ALC! The link below will take you to team Gilead but you are welcome to join any open team you like or go solo if you can't decide!. 😀 👍 Don't think you can do this? You have a year, you've got this! Have questions about the event? Message me or others who have rode! This is a fully supported ride, so if you need a recovery day, you can "SAG" on a charter bus to the next camp destination! https://giving.aidslifecycle.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.team&teamID=7242&language=en&referrer=mf%3A43179%3Ateam-copy
