All we have is time and opportunity. Resiliency and effort are major contributing factors in growth and achievement. Set the pace, self evaluate, recalibrate, optimize and maximize; play for the long game. Showing up is the initial investment. Entry fee required. #ELEVATE
The greatest luck generator - show up! It’s hard to beat a person who keeps showing up everyday. It shifts from winning to outlasting. A very different game. - Alex Hormozi

FirstUse Ruck Tip. The most overlooked aspect of a ruck's game lies in their ability at 2nd and 3rd efforts at stop plays. This capability not only enables active participation in the game once the ball is in play but also contributes to winning more possessions across the field. https://lnkd.in/gnMxyJMn #afl #aflw #ruck #coaching #coach #sport

Day1, Started with a new project today, a Battleship Predictor Battleship is a 2 player board game where each player has a 10x10 grid where they place 5 ships either horizontally or vertically, but not diagonally. Each player then call shots turn by turn until they hit other player's ship. First to sink all the ships win. This predictor is supposed to predict the best shots based on the current position of the hits and misses. Currently it can only register misses and update the probability map accordingly, the dark blue areas are misses and the yellow areas are the most probable place for a ship.

When our heart is ready our body is prepared and when our body is tired, run with our heart. Finally legs are louder than words. Few reflections and lessons I learnt from my today Run. 1. Create our desired: because of my busyness during this periods, I don’t have enough time to train for this run. so what I can do is to make my mind ready and I run with my desire to do it. 2. Compete with ourselves: in a race, it is tempted to compete with others. But knowing ourselves is a key. So remind ourselves keeping our pace and compete only with ourselves. 3. Celebrate every small win: Running long distances is not easy, so give ourselves a praise in each km we encountered. That is called progress. 4. Cheers with those who support us: if we feel to give up, remember all of those who support us and remind ourselves they are waiting to cheer us in the finish line.

At any point in time we are all fighting several battles - some with our own self, some with others. Not all battles are worth fighting for. Any time and energy that we devote to the battles that are not worth fighting for lowers the probability of winning the battles that are worth fighting for. Every day is an opportunity to walk away from some battles, especially the following two types: 1. Ego games: where the outcome does nothing more than inflating someone's ego, including your own. Lose these battles to win the war. 2. Small stuff: the size of the prize is insignificant compared to the effort and investment required to win. As they say - don't sweat the small stuff. #focus #priority #perspective #lifelessons #ego

It is very easy to come up with a complicated solution to a problem. The real difficulty is wrestling with the problem enough to clearly see and understand it. And then developing a simple solution to the problem.
