Earlier this summer, I made the difficult decision to exit Marex and XFA to spend more time with my family during the summer months. I struggled with this decision for some time but ultimately realized this was the proper course for me. I am immensely proud of all that we accomplished at Marex during my time leading finance in North America and am excited to see what lies ahead for the organization as it enters the next chapter of its growth story. I left behind some amazing colleagues who made each day an absolute joy to “ride the rocket ship”. There is one definite during my time at Marex, I worked with some of the best and most collegial of coworkers and am thankful for all of their efforts that made us successful over the two and half years we were together. I wish each of you the greatest success in all your endeavors and am always here for you if you need me personally or professionally. As summer comes to an end, now comes the exciting challenge of finding what lies ahead. I have been having wonderful conversations with many in my network over the past few months reconnecting and hearing about the great work they and their organizations are performing. I am confident that what comes next will build on my past experiences and provide even more growth opportunities for myself and the organizations I will lead. I am ready to help another organization along its growth journey as a strategic leader of finance or operations.
