🎥Sizzle reels are a good thing, but they're not the only thing...Here's what you should ask before hiring a production partner: 1️⃣ Will you be working directly or filtering through an agency? 2️⃣ Do they enhance the creative and listen to your needs? 3️⃣ Are they interested in results-based or awards-based productions? 4️⃣ Are they experts in communication and share their process? 5️⃣ Do their producers, directors, and editors solve problems or create problems? You'd be a DDB employee, but also work closely with partner agencies across the entire marketing spectrum. - We don't want the first thing that comes to mind when you think "Army work."
