Job Duties and Responsibilities As we near the launch and roll-out of our 5G network, and continue to navigate the changing landscape in television, we are looking to invest in growing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities. This role is critical to helping build out our analytical muscle across the Digital Center of Excellence. In this role, you will help to lead the definition and creation of a cross-business unit analytics and insights solution leveraged by users across the organization from product managers, marketers to executive leaders. While mostly greenfield, this insights solution will likely be a hub-and-spoke framework; the hub being key insights and KPIs across all digital products and the spokes being "double and triple clicks" into specific digital products, lines of business, or parts of a consumer/customer journey. In addition to creating the enterprise digital insights solution, you will also be responsible for frequent analysis in the form of deep dives and readouts for the digital product management, digital marketing, and other teams across the lines of business. These analyses can be generated from an a/b test that was performed on a certain digital property, a validation/invalidation of a hypothesis, and other forms where deeper analysis is needed. Specifically, the digital insights solution will be a key contributor to driving our digital transformation and digital acceleration of a portfolio of businesses - ranging from our mature business
