This image below signifies a cultural gap of truly understanding what CHG MGMT offers in levels of: • tech/process/business competencies • transformation strategy • entreprise-wide execution • long-term stability All needed during/after the jack-hammered disruption settles. And a great debate amongst change managers and project teams has formed polarizing camps of leveraging this craft. Where do you stand with this assertion of CHG MGMT? Why do many believe CHG MGMT is comms and training? Why do many project teams believe CHG sits outside of their efforts? Instead of a partnership? Why do many leaders believe it’s the icing to their change cake (insert checkboxes here) bypassing change assessments for base assumptions? Could write a white paper on this topic alone… but would much rather hear from you 😎
