I seriously need to brag on these two. This is our lead SLP & our lead OT. 😏 We had an in-person admin meeting yesterday in Allen, it's a two hour round-trip drive from one clinic to the other. The six of us were away from Mansfield for over five hours. If you know the control freak that I am, the thought of leaving the front with no admin... well, 😱💀. We asked them to cover the front, without hesitation, it was an immediate "yes" from both of them. Not only did they cover the front desk, they worked the front desk! They answered phones, looked for reschedules, checked in patients, & even took new intake inquiries. 🤩 This is the thing, the going above & beyond, they are like this... ALL. THE. TIME.
