In my search for good Salespeople there are signs and signals that jump off the page when I discover a true salesperson. Presently, I am trying to uncover the ideal salesperson for a seriously good opportunity to sell properties in the West Midlands. Based upon current trends, the OTE is about £90,000, possibly more. “Current trends” means the sales rates being achieved in the last 6 months. No cold calling, because most of the buyers have already bought properties or have expressed an interest in future properties. No weekend working, except for the odd occasion. My immediate hurdle is to find someone who fits the ideal profile. That’s the tricky part. If you think that you can sell properties to people who would like to buy the right properties and become a relationship manager, overseeing and managing lots of transactions, this could be one of the best roles in this sector. If the salary is blowing your mind, just stop for a moment and think about the whole picture. A company is prepared to reward the right person for doing a first class job, putting their heart and soul into achieving realistic goals. It's a Sales role, but it's more about relationship building and being smarter than your counterparts. Smarter means that you'll earn lots more money. Basic Salary - You choose the amount between £20,000 and £30,000. Commission for ON TARGET EARNINGS - You choose between £30,000 and £60,000 commission + Basic. Now you're confused - I knew it. When you begin your sales career in New Homes or International Property Sales, there are so many different companies and roles to consider. This Client Relations role is a Sales role, but it's more than that. It's about building long-term relationships and trust with people who might be buying for the first, second, or third time, possibly the fourth or fifth time with one company. If you had set an earnings limit based on the general market, that's okay, but this is no ordinary New Home Sales opportunity. You need to be extraordinarily good with people, customer follow-ups, and the ability to impart crucial data to buyers who might not see the end product for a year or more. This is why this role is vital to the success of the business model and you will be a key player in making good things happen. Professional, articulate, knowledgeable and dedicated to achieving realistic goals - that's who I'm looking for. By doing a great job, you'll earn eye-watering sums of money. The expectations are high but so are the rewards. Selling to a warm customer base, should be a doddle, but of course it won't be a doddle, but it will be very rewarding. It's not a short term fix. You have buy into this for the long term. NO WEEKENDS as a general rule. Big Earnings - Seriously - approaching 6 figures, starting with a Basic Salary of £30k. 🚨 Commission-based opportunity for HTC and other sales pros 🚨 I'm looking to hire one, maybe two salespeople for my real estate business. (We offer short and mid term stays to travelers who do not want to sign a long term lease but prefer the feel of a home or apartment vs a hotel). Responsibilities will include researching properties that meet our criteria, reaching out to the owners/property managers, following up as needed and ultimately closing them on our services (I would be open to discussing an appointment setter position as well where I handle the closing if that's more up your alley but ultimately the goal here is to scale without requiring more of my time.) I will handle all of the fulfillment and back end work. I will provide training on the research process (it's actually super easy once you get the hang of it and have the right tools) and I have some basic scripts that can provided. We currently have one unit fully operational since March and do have some social proof in the form of guest reviews that can help you with positioning, on top of providing the prospect with clear projections based on their actual property that you'll find during the research process to show the owners why they will actually make more money with us, even after our fees, vs trying to rent out their property themselves (or not at all). This is a 100% commission based opportunity, so there's no time commitment involved. You can work as much or as little as you like and will eat what you kill. For any client you sign up, you will receive those commissions recurring every month as long as the client stays on with us.
