We've been gardening for 5 years now, growing mostly edible plants, and the quote below is spot on. It's refreshing to put those thoughts within the context of an organisation, and it can also apply to ideas (which can be the seeds) that we put forth. Some of those may fall into a 'hard path', but when it falls into 'good soil', it flourishes. The reverse also applies. When our minds and hearts are closed to ideas, then a connection or an understanding does not occur. #communication #organisationaldevelopment
