The vast majority of localized corrosion studies have used potentiostats to control the electrochemical conditions on the boldly exposed surface. However, actual localized corrosion rarely has such an “infinite cathode;” cathode limitations are particularly relevant to thin electrolyte layers. There is a great need to clarify the factors that control localized corrosion under such conditions in order to determine to what extent experiments and theories developed for full immersion must be modified for such restricted geometries. Elon Bhai once asked ‘what did you get done this week’ Well, I had amazing meet-ups with 12+ new and old connections! {obviously same as everyone on LinkedIn bahut he productive meetings, full of learnings!, which I won’t be sharing} shoutout to a few conversations! 1/ Anuruddh - who is building the AI health expert ‘August AI’ which plays the role of doctor buddy in our lives! Amazing conversation on the origin/purpose of religion and its role in our lives today. 2/ Siddharth - an old friend, a co-survivor of torrid times at an internship 10 years back! Rant and mind-blowing conversations on the need for change in the system of UPSC exams and Judiciary in India. {we forgot to re-live the nostalgic event of taking revenge on our teacher by sticking adult content pamphlets on Delhi Metro Station & Alcohol Shops of Faridabad mentioning his phone number as a contact and getting well deserved D in the subject} 3/ Aditya - who is discovering ‘the next mission of his life’. The conversation on solving the world's toughest problem lasted for a few hours before we were thrown out of the third-wave cafe! 4/ Prasanna - who is bringing science and data to exercising by building a longevity gym ‘belong’ in Indiranagar Session on the right metrics for measuring health, the chemical reactions during training, Zone 2 training & and metabolism. They have a gorgeous gym in Indiranagar and offer complimentary cold beverages :P! 5/ Sitakanta & Arun - who are founders and leaders of my first job. Conversations made me feel like a curious kid again with discussions on new start-up ideas ranging from AI marketing use cases, solving loneliness for a new generation, and how to choose schools for kids :D. 6/ Sooraj- who is prototyping tele clinic for tier 3 cities. We walked & problem solved on growing users in tier 3 cities. There was a little bit of a football convo in the middle. 7/ Tony, Mohit, Rohit, and a few more crisp conversations on careers, understanding their work, and a lot of listening from both sides. After spending the last two years helping high school students understand complex chemical and biological concepts and material, I am ready to hang up my teaching hat and pursue my dream of working in the space industry. 🚀 I would appreciate any and all leads for any scientist positions, especially in the KSC region. I am particularly passionate about space crop production and while I do not have professional horticulture experience, I have been successful through out my career working first with mosquitoes, next with a variety of unique bacteria, and after, with a large variety of yeast. I am confident in my abilities to seamlessly transition to this field. My strong knowledge in current and past efforts to cultivate plants in microgravity would allow me to contribute meaningfully to this focus. I have experience writing and implementing SOPs for all kinds of processes, from operating large scale biofermentors, to propagating microbial cultures, to cleaning equipment and servicing common lab instrumentation. I am trained in all manners of identifying critical control points and implementing QA/QC procedures. Additionally, I am comfortable and familiar in production areas with all types of hazards, terrains, and conditions. I’m dependable, consistent, and creative. I have lead teams as a manager and I have worked well as part of a team towards a common goal. My background may be untraditional, but I have the benefit of being able to use my interdisciplinary skills to problem solve quickly and effectively. I don’t need someone to take a “chance” on me. Taking a chance implies a risk; there is no risk in hiring me. I just need someone to trust me to be exactly who I say I am and trust me to bring value to their mission and goals. Again, I appreciate any and all leads that may help me land a job in the space industry. Maybe many of you saw the new documentary on Netflix about Blue Zones. These are five recognized zones, where people consistently live longer, healthier lives, enjoying not only  extended lifespans but also maintaining their vitality well into old age. Okinawa in Japan is one of these zones. Okinawans attribute their longevity to a combination of factors: • Traditional Okinawan diet rich in vegetables, tofu, and sweet potatoes • An active lifestyle (especially gardening) • Maintaining a MOAI - secure social network • IKIGAI - reason to get up in the morning - purpose in life So why bring it up other than to suggest it as a worthwhile thing to watch? ☺️ I am in the phase of looking for my next career, and it really made me think that these principles are important career-wise. Finding 𝗠𝗼𝗮𝗶 - a supportive group of colleagues and 𝗜𝗸𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗶 - a workplace that brings  an eagerness to get to every morning is crucial for both a fulfilling life and a successful career. Occurs with the hip in abduction and external rotation inferior ("obturator") vs. superior ("pubic") hip extension results in a superior (pubic) dislocation Clinically hip appears in extension and external rotation flexion results in inferior (obturator) dislocation Clinically hip appears in flexion, abduction, and external rotation *In your opinion which type of anterior dislocation this patient get?? * And assuming that it is stable post reduction with post Ct showing that anterior wall fragment injury would you fix? and How? Hip scope is always an option..vs open? if open which approach would you use ?? waiting for feedbacks ofcourse
