HR beyond Rangoli! Human Resources - the first thought that comes to anybody’s mind these days (talking from personal experience) is either Rangoli experts (no matter if we have ever done in our lives nor does it exist in our KRA) or else it’s about recruiting (which again is a part of Human Resources and not the whole Human Resource department). What we actually do is Recruit >> Develop >> Retain Talent Management - From Onboarding to exit taking care of the employee life cycle which consists of smooth assimilation and transition, succession planning, strategizing and materializing benefits and rewards, grievance management to name a few! Employee engagement - which is beyond the fun and games, managing health and wellness, planning organisational connects to create a transparent , taking care of Corporate Social Responsibility. Performance Management - Competency management, personal goal alignment with the strategic goals of the organisation, feedback management, arbitration management, employee development planning. And these are just a broad umbrella under which all the day to day operational and collaborative work is put in to materialize and execute a smooth functioning of the organisation!
