Sometimes I see recruiters who keep posting same position for months and this makes me think that there's something wrong with either the hiring process or the culture of that organization. Positions get vacant only when employees are, * Not retained * Paid below market level * Toxic Culture Obviously, there are times when an employee can't be retained due to budget constraints but that's usually not the case. And if a company has a justified hiring process and the salary is market competitive, it hardly takes a week to fill the position. #hiringprocess #employeeengagment #recruitement
