Job Title: Business Development Manager
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Islamabad (on-site)
Responsibilities:
Research and find new opportunities in industry for our business to successfully grow and expand.
Ability to think strategically and identify potential growth areas for the company. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and creating long-term strategic plans to achieve business goals.
Ability to prepare proposals and present it to the higher authority for approval.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively.
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement
operational changes.
Ability to think outside the box and coming up with innovative ideas to drive
growth seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to
develop and improve the business.
An understanding of financial concepts, such as profitability, pricing strategies, and return on investment (ROI), is important for making informed decisions and assessing the financial viability of new opportunities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial in business development. This includes the ability to deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and build rapport with clients.
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and
stakeholders is crucial.
Conduct research on topics of interest.
Analyzing data, evaluating performance metrics, and making data-driven
decisions are important.
Proficiency in using analytical tools and interpreting data is a valuable skill to
have.
working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
The ability to adapt the changing circumstances, overcome obstacles, and
bounce back from failures is crucial for success.
Being able to persuade and influence others, whether it's clients, colleagues, or stakeholders, is important for successful business development.

Requirements:
Must possess a Master’s degree in IR, business or related field.
Proven record of relevant to the business development.
More than 4 years relevant experience.
Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
Must be a strong leader and team player.
Confident self-starter, with high commercial acumen and proactive
communication.
Strong knowledge of business growth techniques.
Exceptional project management skills.
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
A persistent, positive attitude to problem-solving and proactive approach to tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
