Me: I need to check my child's immunisation records. The internet: It's complicated. Your GP doesn't have them all. Me: Mmm okay but maybe my GP can tell me who does? GP website: Contact us by email. Me: Okay. GP: We do not take requests through this online Contact Us Form. Please fill in this other form instead. Me: Okay. GP website: This form is only available during practice opening hours. Me: Wait what? Who designed this process? Oh yeah, nobody. Online services are ubiquitous in our lives now. But there are nowhere near enough resources to design them well. It's not the poor person who was asked to set this up's fault if they have no design expertise. The system is broken.

Beyond learning the ABCs, knowledge also lies in the XYZs of health.    We believe that health is built on education, which includes treatment, prevention, and awareness. That’s why TGF launched “Student Health Care Camps” to engage among students, teachers, and our team on important issues. Our medical camps were not just check-ups, they reflected our dedication to health and hygiene. We offered complete health check-ups, essential vaccinations, and stored health data for each student. We also talked about vital topics like mental health, support systems, and breaking the stigma with students, teachers and staffs. These conversations were steps towards a healthier, more informed, and safer community. It’s about the well-being of 543 students, the transformation of 5 schools, and the nurturing of 5 villages.
