I coach job seekers to leverage LinkedIn effectively, utilizing it as a powerful tool to engage hiring managers and propel their career growth through networking.
BOTTOM LINE! NO SCHOOL CAN GUARANTEE A JOB WHEN YOU GRADUATE! You could be a great candidate, full of enthusiasm, initiative, a team player, and have great interpersonal skills. You could be exactly what a hiring manager is looking for, but being a newly graduated medical assistant no one will be able to see that by just looking at your resume alone. My name is Lawrence, I invite you to join our "MASTER CLASS" where I show you how to Identify the hiring managers in your city, how to nurture a relationship with them before you graduate, AND STEP OUT OF GRADUATION INTO A JOB YOU LOVE and eliminate the problems students usually encounter. ⦁ No Experience dilemma: No One will hire me because I have no experience! ⦁ Losing $$$$ each month trying to find a job! ⦁ The emotional frustration and depression of constant rejections! ⦁ Volunteering for no pay just to get experience! ⦁ Working in toxic medical practice for an unsupportive practice manager! WHY WAIT TILL IT IS TOO LATE, PREPARE NOW FOR THE FUTURE! IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE INFORMATION JUST TYPE "YES" IN THE COMMENT SECTION #Medicalassistingstudent #medicalassistingprogramdirector #medicalassistant #medicalassisting

I have some questions about employment, I see alot of employers looking for candidates to hire but a level of education or experience is required. So if a candidate meets education requirements (college graduates) but not experience, why not give them a chance to get the experience? Also if a candidate has both education and lets say a year of experience in the field that the employer is hiring, but the employer wants 2-3 or 5 years of experience. How can an employer expect candidates to gain experience if they are not willing to to hire candidates so that they may gain more experience? Each job uses different systems, that candidates who get hired still have to train to use the system. And the reason for my question is that I recently in May 2023 received an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Management and also I have a year and three months of experience in medical records. I was laid off from my job in February 2023 and I have been applying for jobs to no avail. It is hard to get hired and I am passionate about medical records but I feel as if I am not given a chance due to my lack of experience. Can anyone answer these questions?

For the right type of person, a degree is great. If you want to go the conservative route and have a steady, stable 9-5, then go for it. There’s just one downside that I’ve noticed, and I wonder if it’s something that can be fixed. There are people who invest countless time, energy, and money into intense schooling, and after they finally earn their degree and start working in the field, they realize they don’t like it. They’re stuck!☹️ They invested too much into it that they can’t just throw in the towel. 👉What if they took a job in that specific field, BEFORE pursuing their degree? For example, someone who wants to go to medical school should work as a receptionist in a doctor’s office first. Even if it’s just an entry-level position, they get to interact with the doctor and see firsthand exactly what the job entails. That way, they can make a more educated and informed decision if this is something they want. That’s just my thoughts on the matter. Anyone else with me on this one? #homecare #telehealth #education #platinumcare
