Happy Hump Day, everyone! As we gear up for another round of interviews, I wanted to share a tip that has helped me prepare. I record myself answering some of the top questions I get asked, like "Why did you leave your previous employer?" and "What are your salary expectations?" It's a great way to practice and refine your responses. One question that I find particularly valuable is "How do you define yourself as a person?" This is a golden opportunity to showcase your core values and what you're most proud of in both your work and personal life. And don't forget to ask questions during the interview! It's important to know what the next steps are, how many other candidates are being interviewed, and what the timeline is for filling the position.
