As a member of the board of trustees I was invited along to a strategy and planning day for Talk Club the men’s mental fitness charity.
I went in a 6.5, I’ve had a tough few months if I’m honest, but came out 8.5! 🙏
To hear about all the amazing things talk club has achieved in a short space of time, was mind blowing, big credit to the founders, employees talk club captains and fellow trustees and supporters!
Phenomenal energy and focus. 👏
I loved being able share my thoughts, and listen to everyone’s constructive feedback and ideas.
The future is bright for this charity, we are going to change the way we look at mental fitness, across the UK and the world, By taking action!
I’m so pleased to support this charity, and the transformative work they are doing to around mental fitness. 🧠💪 not just for men, but for everyone.
The energy in the room was electric, and it genuinely changed my perspective on how I have been feeling about my own life, and got me out sh1tty place. Thank you guys 🙏
