Picking a co-founder is like getting married — if you pick the wrong one it likely won’t end well. Luckily for Oisin O'Connor, CEO and Co-Founder at Recharge, he had already worked with co-founders in previous endeavors so he got a sense of what type of person complimented him best before diving into his current business. Making that decision is huge when you’ll be working together for 5, 10, 20+ years in some cases — and more companies fail because the co-founders have issues over any other reason. Definitely something to think about if you’re starting your own venture. I’ll throw the full podcast in the comments 👇

Want to get inside the mind of someone who paid for his own college with a $50K business contract he secured in high school? Someone who was making so much money with his first company that he was buying a new car every month (all while getting 200 no's from VCs)? Larry talks about the story of building his previous company (WordStream) to a $130M exit and opens up about what he's building at his new company Customers.ai. co-Founder&CEO at Chili Piper - 1st Demand Conversion Platform the Secret Spice of Top Revenue Teams
I could never start a business with my wife I hear this so often when I tell people how Alina Vandenberghe and I started Chili Piper together. Last week we were interviewed by another founders couple, 🍪 Jason Yarborough 🍪 and Sam Yarborough, and we discussed why we started the Company, how we bootstrapped from 0 to several millions and we assign responsibilities between the two of us as co-CEOs. Then we drifted into our more personal relationship, and how #nonviolentcommunication helps us both at work and at home - it's been a game changer! Link to the podcast in the first comment

Diving deep into a defining moment on Guerrero's Podcast, where I share with Jonathan Solis how, in the midst of crisis, while others were scaling back, we chose to boldly expand. 🌱✊ Instead of layoffs, we opened our doors wider, welcoming new talent into our fold. This decision to double down and hire during tough times wasn't just a gamble; it was a belief in our collective strength and the future of our company. That pivotal choice became the launchpad for unprecedented growth.
