Today's the day! "Breaking Through the Silicon Ceiling" is now available wherever books are sold! As I sit here this morning, I can't help but think about the girl you will meet in the preface of the book. A 20-year-old single mom, who hands over her last $0.66 to the gas station worker to fill up the tank, toddler sitting in the back seat. She was hungry for more out of life, but I'm not sure she could have imagined that she'd be holding her own book in her hands in 2024. I wrote this book because of her. I wrote it because there are so many others out there who feel like the odds are stacked against them. I wrote it because I believe we need to make the most of our one life, and these stories can help you figure out how to overcome obstacles and achieve something extraordinary. Thank you to my loved ones for supporting me throughout this crazy career path I've been on, to my publishing team for helping me take my stories and get them out to those who need them, and to all of you who have joined me on this journey by reading my book. Thank you, all!

Congratulations! You played a key role in NexGen's success when you introduced me to Mike Attardo. If you recall we were stuck with HP suddenly shutting down their Fab. Attardo ordered the Burlington Fab to take our Physical database and munge it to create masks on the IBM process and the parts came out and worked first time. That created a competitive X86 product and the rest followed which enabled the PC industry to hit consumer prices and explode in demand. I thank you. It was an honor to serve on your Board at AMIS.
