As I prepared for our morning Huddle and the need for a morale booster, I decided to compare my very first weekly report with my most recent one. I am truly amazed at the progress we have made in just 4 months through teamwork and dedication. Farrington is known to be one of the most challenging properties in Atlanta. However, instead of being intimidated, we were motivated to excel and improve. Our achievements include: - Increasing our pre-lease numbers by 4%, now at an impressive 98%. - Improving our 30-Day trend by almost 5%, now over 95%. - Enhancing our 60-Day trend by nearly 6%, now over 95%. - Increasing our renewal turn by 11%. - Improving our make-ready turn by 15%. - Increasing our Tour to App ratio by 25%. - Most notably, decreasing delinquency by a remarkable 44%.
