The people of Marske (and surrounding areas) do not want this development.
You will ruin the village and destroy ecosystems that have been in place for decades.
The infrastructure is not suitable; the main road through Marske is too busy as it is. There aren't enough doctors to provide adequate healthcare for residents currently.
They do not want a Macdonalds, there are plenty of local businesses that provide good quality food and drink options and offer delivery. There's a macdonalds with drive through in Redcar that will deliver if people must use their business.
There are plenty of other areas locally to develop, even within Marske - you do not need to destroy Marske to provide housing.
Stop trying to profit by making residents miserable.
There have been so many protests, campaigns and resident concerns raised. Why is no one listening?
