Thanks to PEI for chatting with us on Cleary’s experience with private funds liquidity transactions. The new PF Adviser rules won’t derail the trends discussed in this interview, but there’s a lot in those requirements for sponsors to consider when executing continuation vehicle deals: the direct requirements related to valuation/fairness and related disclosures but also the more general requirements of the rule with which CVs may need to comply!
