Big advice for any engineers out there.  No matter what’s happened, it’s always a good idea to stay on good terms.   I’m sure you know this and have heard it before. But when it comes to the world of work it’s something to keep in mind. As your jobsearch could be hindered if you burn bridges with anyone. And progression opportunities limited.  People talk! Have we made all of the above clear and highly visible on our social media pages, our website career page, and in our job posts? 2️⃣ Do we have an efficient system for job distribution, hiring, talent pool management, and communication? 3️⃣ Have we attracted enough people to be selective, and does our selection process get us the right people? If you answered no 👎 to these questions, the solutions are clear and very much within your control.
