Congratulations to our Contracts Manager, Blake Hopkins, on graduating from the Oak Ridge Chamber Of Commerce Leadership Oak Ridge (LOR) class of 2024! During this 10 month program, Blake was immersed in the community leadership of the city of Oak Ridge and engaged in the development of programs to address important issues to better improve the community.
