I am proud to share that Capgemini have been recognized on the Carbon Disclosure Project's (CDP) 'A' List We are one of only 400 of companies globally that have delivered transparency and excellence in addressing climate change to reach the A status. In July 2022, we significantly increased our climate ambition, committing to reduce our carbon emissions by 90% across scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2040 in line with the updated #SBTi ’s Net Zero Standard. We also set bold near-term targets, including a commitment to switch to 100% renewable electricity by 2025. We made significant progress in 2022, on which this award is based, including: - A 64% reduction in carbon emissions per employee (vs 2019) - An 88% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions (vs 2019) - 89% renewable energy There are so many people at Capgemini driving our sustainable transformation.
