Dive into the heart of #Tigermed's #brand #culture with our employees' stories. In this edition, we explore the brand pillar of #Human #Life, reaffirming our commitment to innovative service and global health.
We are pleased to invite Julian Nathanael to share his experience on how to shape his #career and personal #growth in the Clinical Operations department and explore the meaning of "Human Life" together.
“‘Human-Life’ has become an important principle in our work, which not only means that we value communication with every teammate around us, but also represents that we learn from each other and improve through one exchange to provide high-quality services for the benefit of more patients.
Working in clinical research presents various challenges, such as data inconsistencies, protocol deviations, and participant recruitment difficulties. However, ‘Human-Life’ is our key to overcoming these challenges. For example, when we encountered a significant amount of unencoded data, we collaborated with the project team, investigators, and site staff to discuss potential causes and solutions. We utilize all available resources, both from the site staff and CRAs, for the swift completion of data entry and verification. This is because Tigermed prides itself in placing people first, ensuring the accuracy of our data, and providing high-quality clinical trial services to benefit patients, as we remain steadfast in our commitment to give primacy to 'Human-Life’ above all else.”
