We’re excited to announce the opening of our third location in Northwest Indiana, our Crown Point office, located at 1275 E North Street, Suite 102, in Crown Point.
Drs. Jonathan Ramos and Cheryl Anthony-Worix, along with Dr. Mary Tilak and Nurse Practitioner Brandy Alicia Kirk, will bring 23 years of experience and patient advocacy to Crown Point and neighboring towns, including St. John, Winfield, Hobart and Merrillville.
