"You can't ask candidates to do that anymore!" When working with businesses for the first time we will talk about what it is they do to ensure they hire the right person. A lot of the time I start there is a reason why the role is still open or they need support. From the 6-stagers to multiple "projects" for an entry-level role🙃 As someone who started in recruitment in 2018 I have got to take part in some amazing recruitment processes and always like to take the best from each and educate hiring managers on what others are doing that works well. 😁 One small one that came to mind was a hiring manager sending out personalised emails to each interviewee thanking them for their time and giving a timeframe in writing as to when to expect to hear back from them. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but it made the candidates feel valued as not many others would actually do it! 🤯 What is one thing you have done to improve your hiring process? ❓ #saas #salesrecruitment #hiring #sales

The shocking truth behind the F-word. No, not that one. Fractional. It's scary to bring in part-time help when your company needs a full-time hire. But it doesn't have to be. Traditionally, executive searches involved: ❌ 6-month search process ❌ 3-month onboarding process ❌ Lots of paperwork, contracts, and negotiations If "fractional" makes you cringe, try this instead: "Executive On-Demand." Here's why it works: Hiring an "Executive On-Demand": ✅ Immediate value ✅ No long-term commitments ✅ A flexible plan that works for you It takes the pressure off and allows you to focus on hiring the perfect candidate for the full-time role. And not rush the process. The only thing more costly than an extended executive search is a failed executive hire.

Are you looking to fill a position in your company? Don't rush the hiring process! According to the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), 1 in 3 hiring mistakes happen because businesses try to fill a position too quickly. As a hiring manager, I've seen this happen time and time again. We often jump to the job description without properly clarifying what success looks like in the role. Check out our pre-hiring checklist to ensure that you have a clear plan in place. Remember, a little extra time spent at the beginning of the process can save a lot of time and headaches in the long run. https://lnkd.in/eBMdQsGG #hiring

Wonder what it's like to not worry that your job will be filled at the right time with the right person? Imagine this. A hiring manager recently called me. "We should have done this a year ago." He didn't have time to weed through thousands of resumes he'd get from posting online. He needed someone to hit the ground running, specialized with both technical and business knowledge. While he continued to get his work done, our team handled the recruiting process behind the scenes. He got video updates with a clear, transparent pipeline to see our progress. Real-time actionable feedback on what people thought about the job. We presented 3 people. He hired 1. A person with the exact experience he needed, who will hit the ground running. Minimal hand holding and training required. Giving him and his company a strategic advantage in the market. A fast pass to delivering. Want to experience what this is like too?
