I wanted to share the news that my wife Erika and I are going to be climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro (Africa's highest peak) as part of Climb for Cancer Research. In February 2024, we are joining a group of 20 biotech executives and investors for this 19,341 ft hike to raise funds for Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation - 77 years of experience, 13 Nobel prizes and one of the highest impact not for profit organizations in cancer research. So many people have been impacted by cancer including our family and recently with close friends. We are extremely grateful to the research community for advancing treatments. Overall the group has pledged to collectively raise over $1 million, with our commitment being to raise $100,000. We have contributed over $10,000 and are over 78% towards our goal. Please consider joining us on this journey through a contribution to this amazing cause: https://lnkd.in/g4QSUZsE Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation, is a qualified 501 (3)(c) if you have a DAF or company matching opportunity. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
Jamie and Erika - Best wishes for an amazing experience for a great cause. Nancy and I just returned from Tanzania. The country and people are amazing. Look for support to your goal through our DAF.
Remember to make sure you don't get caught in the queue!
