An esteemed financial institution in Greenwich, CT chose JEF to construct this interior fit-out with full LEED compliance. The unique cylindrical footprint of the space is maximized by the use of glass walls and a smart peripheral layout of office suites, while the core space houses a dynamically lighted break room, a copy center, and a pair of conference rooms. Custom millwork and high-grade materials lend a particular polish to the finished space.

Aside from a comprehensive multiple-story interior office fit-out, James E. Fitzgerald constructed “a building within a building” for Disney Streaming Services Data Center and Streaming Support Services within New York City! This project has a dedicated commercial service take-off that solely services the electrical and mechanical infrastructures for both the Data Center and Disney’s operations. In conjunction with the dedicated commercial service, JEF installed a new generator and a dedicated modular chiller plant, maximizing reliability. We extend our gratitude to our team, whose diligence, attention to detail, and excellent communication made this project a success!

We love the results from this recently managed office fitout for a major banking institution in Philadelphia! Located on the 44th floor, the interior already boasts great natural light and city views. We ensured the modern aesthetics detailed in the design plan were carried out in a way that let those natural assets shine! Note the glass walls, light and neutral-colored flooring, perimeter ceiling details, and recessed LED lighting. Topping it all off? Beautiful custom mosaic tilework and millwork, including a geometric breakroom island table. Photos ©James Steinkamp

Happy Construction Safety Week! This week serves an excellent reminder of the importance of safety on jobsites. One of our General Superintendents, Nicholas Errico, explains the significance of safety at JEF, “I believe there is a misconception in the industry that working safely can hurt productivity, but we find at JEF that it’s just the opposite. When everyone shares that belief and buys into that Safety Culture, we avoid incidents and can all go home to our families. Safety First, Always!” At JEF, we’re deeply committed to the collective effort to educate, empower, and ensure the well-being of every worker on site – not only this week, but 365 days a year!
