The U.S. job market should continue to be hot for the remainder of 2023, as 80% of companies feel positive about the hiring outlook according to a recent survey from The Harris Poll commissioned by Express Employment Professionals. More than 3 in 5 hiring managers (62%) say their company plans to increase the number of employees at their company through Dec. 31, which is on par with the last few waves of the Job Insights survey.
